Mixing Arms

Three cast iron arms per star. Together with hardened steel scraping arms, they provide the best toughness and abrasion resistance. Built-in adjustment slots allow easy blade adjustment to compensate for wear.

Mixing Blades

Cast from Ni-hard iron with a minimum hardness of 550 HB for extreme wear resistance. Outer edges are thickened to equalize wear, and the angle of attack is optimized to promote pushing rather than slicing.

Linear / Liner Plates

Cast from premium Ni-Hard iron (minimum 550 HB hardness). Uniform rigidity throughout all layers keeps the abrasion rate constant as the plate wears, giving a lifespan of up to 5,000 m³ depending on aggregate type.

High-Safety Gearbox

In-house designed planetary gearbox built with a strict Factor of Safety of 2.0. Features a wide, cool-running horizontal oil bath that ensures optimum gear lubrication, carrying a minimum operational lifespan of 10,000 hours.

Watertight Discharge

Supports up to four swing-out sector doors running in rubber seals that are completely watertight and non-jamming. Available with a choice of pneumatic, hydraulic, or manual door opening operations.

Half Opening Safety Cover

Widest opening cover for fast cleanup and adjustment of wear parts. Thoughtfully equipped with a safety switch that automatically shuts off the mixer motor when the door opens, alongside a dustproof inspection grid.
